Moving On Initiative

Providing incentives to supportive housing residents who have at least two years of stability and who voluntarily want to move on to more independent living. This frees up the supportive housing units for chronically homeless individuals who need more intensive services. Program benefits supportive housing residents with more independent living options and targets chronic homeless population to fill newly vacant units of supportive housing.
