Moving On Initiative
Providing incentives to supportive housing residents who have at least two years of stability and who voluntarily want to move on to more independent living. This frees up the supportive housing units for chronically homeless individuals who need more intensive services. Assessing the homeless population to determine which individuals are at the greatest risk of death. Targets medically vulnerable, which overlaps closely with the chronic homeless population. READ MORE
Intensive Employment Training Initiative
Connecting homeless and low income individuals with education and intensive career training with the intent that it will assist them in obtaining jobs, increasing income, and becoming more self-sufficient. READ MORE
