Homelessness Prevention and Rapid Re-housing Program (HPRP)

1. Preventing homelessness by providing fast financial support and services to households that are at imminent risk of becoming homeless. 2. Re-housing persons facing homelessness by providing fast financial support to help them move into permanent housing. Targets crisis or episodic homeless populations.

Households assisted through HPRP

To participate in the Homeless Prevention and Rapid Re-housing Program (HPRP), please call 2-1-1 and request a "Pre-screen for the HPRP program". All intake through 2-1-1 will end on March 1, 2012. All case management and financial assistance through the Capitol Region HPRP will end by April 30, 2012.
